As it is, the passage of text is already natural.
This is just my personal opinion, but I would change a few things to make it flow better.
The main thing I found that hampered the flow is when you repeat the same word, in this case type/types.
The first part of the sentence you put,
"The types of reactors are divided into two main types: column or tower..."
The first 'types' is not necessary in this sentence so you can erase this straight away. I would change this sentence to something like this,
"The reactors are split into two main types: column and tower..."
I changed the word 'divided' into 'split' as you use the word 'divided' later on in the sentence and I don't want to repeat it, as you will see later.
The rest of the passage you put,
"...and can be divided further depending on its shape: Batch type, Tubular type, and Jacket type."
Again, you have used the word 'type' far too many times. Unless 'Batch type' is the specific name used you don't need to add the 'type' when you describe the shape, you can just say 'type'. As you already have used 'types' in the first part of the sentence I wouldn't use it at all.
So I would put it as,
"...and these can be further sub-divided depending on its specific shape: Batch, Tubular and Jacket."
I also removed the comma you put after 'Tubular' as it is not necessary when leading on to the last example as you use the word 'and' for this.
I hope this helps a little!
You did very well though, good job! 👍🏼
