Like what the first post said, "all are mine" is correct if you mean "all of them are mine".
Eg.
• All of the books are mine. → All are mine.
• All of the pencils are mine. → All are mine.
However, if you mean "all of it is mine", then you should say "all is mine".
Eg.
• All of the money is mine. → All is mine.
• All of the water is mine. → All is mine.
Other examples:
• All hope is lost. → All is lost.
• All the money is gone. → All is gone.
• All the students are present. → All are present.
• All the computers are working. → All are working.

I don't know the context, so I don't know if it'd be natural in the circumstance you want to use it in, but 'All are mine' is a natural and more informal version of 'All of them are mine'.
