Etwas unnatürlich
@Andy995: the first part was natural. Is the second supposed to be a type of prediction? If so it would be best to say "As soon as she sees it, she'll go on a mad rant."

@ValeryBianca: thank you!
Let me ask, does my usage of "ranting" instead of "rant" is wrong somehow, does it make any difference? Or could I use whichever?

It does make a difference, ranting is in past tense and rant is in present tense.
You can use it but it depends on how you stucture your sentence.
As soon as 'she saw it'(past tense), she 'went'(past tense)on a mad rant.✔
As soon as she's seen it( seen is always used with HAVE ), she'll go (she will go= she is going) on a mad ranting( you can't use two words with 'ing', it sounds unnatural)
