Natürlich
Perfecto, solo un pequeño consejo:
Patient: I've been calling all the week
El "the" no es necesario ;)

@DanielM27 muchas gracias!
- Englisch (US)
Etwas unnatürlich
It is a little unnatural towards the end.
"I've been calling all the week" -> "I've been calling all week"
"Is there somerging else I can do for you?" -> "Is there something else I can do for you?"
Or, "Is there anything else that I can assist you with?"
"Yes, improve your telephone service," It is better to be more polite, "Yes, please improve your telephone service,"
"Of course we will," they will usually say, "Certainly, I will get that arranged for you,"
"Thank you for the attention," No one will say this, instead, say, "Thank you for your service," or, "Thank you for your cooperation,"
Hope this helps!
