I think that the command of English is necessary based on three reasons.
Firstly,English becomes the universal language more and more it is due to advance of globalization.For example,There are many opportunities to associate with a foreignerowing to increase in foreigner.
Secondly,these days,The Japanese company makes much of english.In a word,it mean that we do not speak English in living in Japan, but am surely necessary to enter the company.
