@korkin_k When you say the word 'end' it sounds like you're saying 'and'. Otherwise you just need to practice saying the sentence so you'll feel more comfortable and then it will sound more natural.

@korkin_k When you say 'end' its suppose to sound like 'eh-nd' . I honestly think you should find more sentences with the words 'end' & 'and'. That should help you with differentiating the two.
"At the 'end' of the day I have to get groceries."
"Did you want to get dinner 'and' a movie?"
"The 'ending' is so good."
"I went with Mom 'and' Dad."
"In the 'end' it didn't matter."
"It 'ended' so fast."
"I got two pizzas 'and' an order of bread sticks."
"In the 'end' all I want is world peace."
