To me, the difference between "hustle" and "grind" when used this way is someone who hustles is clever and aggressive in what they are doing. Grinders are slow and can be seen as mindless at their task even if that's not the case. Money and hard work, however, apply to both of them equally.
When used this way, a hustler "hustles" from opportunity to opportunity. She might have several jobs, and finds ways to optimize how much she can make and do in a given day. She is driven by how quickly she can achieve her goal through ingenuity.
A grinder, by contrast, is someone who methodically, patiently, and consistency works toward their goal. He "grinds" away at obstacles in the same way that stone sharpens a knife or the sea will ultimately wear away a mountain. He takes comfort in the inevitability of success based on hard work.

Grind is slang. It means to work hard for something. It can also be used as a noun, for example, I’m on the grind. Usually, if your speaking normally, grind just means to crush up something.

People use the word hustle in sports sometimes saying "Let's hustle" meaning let's start, or let's get going. Grinding is also a word used often in video games when you have to do something over and over again in order to get a result
