Store is a physical space. Market in case of market place or market square is a physical space. Market alone is the collection of online and physical capabilites to sell and buys services and goods, such as "stock market".

A market is usually a collection of small shops that sell specific goods (one would sell fruit, others fish, etc). A store (can also be called a supermarket) is where you go to buy lot of stuff, like food, drinks, toiletries and almost everything you need. Markets tend to have fresher items available

@AnastasiaI yes! we use the word store or shop more often when referring to the supermarket. But you can use any of those words
