I was able to eat normal meals today. It's three days passed by removing my wisdom tooth. Only when I yawn, I feel pain on my chin. Oh! Of course I've taken painkillers since the surgery, haha. (*^^*) klingt das natürlich?

better is "It's been three days since I've had my wisdom teeth removed" or "It's been three days since they removed my wisdom teeth."
"Only when I yawn, I feel pain on my chin."
better is "I only feel pain (in my chin) when I yawn." or "It only hurts when I yawn."
"Of course I've taken painkillers since the surgery." - perfect
