Wie sagt man das auf Englisch (US)? Please suggest me if any correction in below statements

First of all I am very much thankful to you for starting such informative website for different language learners. This a really a great efforts from your side for a people like us. I have just made few friends on this site and they are helping me in correcting my mistakes and slowly I am moving towards achieving my goals. Presently, I am not reading reading any lessons and opted any course, but though I am enjoying learning experience. LingQ site is very user friendly. Thanking you once again.

Sounds good! There are just a few errors;

"First of all I am very thankful to you for starting such an informative website...."

The second sentence is a little strange, but I do understand your meaning. Perhaps you could word it differently by saying "I appreciate the work you put into this site, because it helps people like me."

The third sentence can be broken up into smaller sentences, for example: "I have made a few friends on this site. They are helping me by correcting my mistakes, and helping me slowly move towards achieving my goals."

"Presently, I am not reading any lessons or taking any course, though I am enjoying the learning experience." You repeated 'reading' and 'taking' is a more commonly used synonym of 'opted'. When you use 'but though', I believe you should choose one or the other.

"LingQ is very user friendly" This is a perfect sentence!

"Thank you once again" You don't need to add the 'ing' at the end.

I hope this helped and I didn't scare you away from English! I think I will look into LingQ, it sounds like a very interesting site! To help with your learning, I suggest you look up different English sentence examples to help with word placement. Otherwise, you write amazingly for someone who is not taking classes!
