I'm not good at explaining things unfortunately.
I can't think of a time that I'd use "related with". The link below has some examples with "related to".

I can't describe the difference between related and associated, I just think associated firs better here, it's what I hear more in this context.

It's not bad.. I think "associated" would sound much better than "related", if I understand you correctly.

I just realized that there were a difference between "relate to" and "relate with"
