@salliewoodbrygg maybe she wanted you to say "I'm glad to hear that you are coming to visit me..." but the "me" is implied so you don't necessarily need it. Both are right and sound completely natural

@jae96 Is it? I wrote that on a test and my teacher told me that sentence was missing the object. Then I asked another teacher and said it actually was correct. I'm confused :(
