After making a purchase I said “gracias”. The shop keeper simply said “Ustedes”.
Did I misheard and she said “y ustedes” for “and you”? Or is just saying “ustedes” a shorthand way of saying “(thank) you (too)”?

If I were alone would she have said “a usted”?
Is there an informal “a tú” for “thanks” as well?

Hahah, no, no. You can't use "a usted" after "de nada", just after "gracias" xd
