A business is the general term.
I think a company is a business that has an office.
(For example, a street vendor is a business but not a company)
A corporation is a type of company that has shareholders. It usually has many owners and they are separate from the company. For example, if the company needs money, its owners will not lose their house or cars. (Corporations are different from sole proprietorship or partnership). Deloitte, for example, is a very famous and big firm with many offices around the world, but they are not a corporation.
Firm used to describe a company that's a partnership (owned by two or more people without shareholders). Law firms and consulting firms were typically partnerships, so they used the word "firm". These days, though, it becomes that some industries (law, accounting, etc) use "firm" and others use "company" (clothing company, food company)
