I have to go to sleep. (you can use "gotta" as slang). Goodnight, and have a nice day tomorrow.

What's slang? Speak language?

Slang is not proper English, and like you said, it's the collection of words people often use in casual conversation/speaking.

Gotta is came up with "got to",what about"get to"? Is there "getta"?😂

Unnatürlich
I do not hear "getta" that much. It might be awkward... I hear "I gotcha" like "I got you", and I hear "I'm gunna" like "I'm going to".

Haha. Just kidding😄. So what context to use it is correct? For example the time when I need to express "have to"? And what else?

It's more that a lot of these things describe the way that words are actually pronounced - gonna, gotta, etc. Very common to hear this.
But it's much less common to see them written down.
Certain ones will show up in casual notes between friends - like gotcha. But the rest really only show up in fiction writing where it's really important to convey a specific accent.
I've noticed that people learning English tend to write these far more often than native speakers.

I write.. gotcha, whatcha doin, wha, gunna, sup, gotta, and whateve... a lot amongst good friends and sometimes people that are "cool", but do not write slang when writing professionally or if you are serious about something.... K? Ya, gotz dat? :) (more slang)

Seems the slang is cool but should take cautions that who you speak to and wether you are writing or not, right?😄

Yes - it's not good or bad, but it just takes a bit of experience to understand what impression you make using it in different situations.
